We do not guarantee that we will find you a role, or that any role will meet your expectations.
 

5. Client Responsibilities

When you engage us to provide recruitment services, you agree that:

  • You will provide accurate and complete information about your organisation, vacancies, and requirements.

  • You are responsible for your own hiring decisions, including verifying a candidate’s identity, qualifications, right to work, and suitability for the role.

  • You will comply with all applicable employment, equality, and data protection laws.

Our detailed commercial terms with clients (including fees, rebates, and payment terms) will be set out in a separate written agreement or terms of business.
 

6. No Employment Relationship with Us

Unless expressly agreed in writing:

  • We are not a party to any contract of employment or engagement between a client and a candidate.

  • We are not responsible for the terms of any such contract, including pay, benefits, working conditions, or termination.

Any disputes arising from an employment or engagement relationship are between the candidate and the client.
 

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and layout, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may:

  • View and download content for your personal, non‑commercial use only.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.
